Tampa has a lot of real estate companies. Which one is considered the best company according the Tampa, Florida residents? Who are the best real estate agents in Tampa, Florida? Historically, which company has been there the longest? Do any of the real estate companies also have title and mortgage companies?

Tampa does have a lot of real estate companies. Most of them are big name franchise like companies. I used a smaller local company to buy my home in the Westchase area of Tampa. The company is called Kings Realty. The agents name is Jeff. This was our first home, he was very helpful will all the steps of the process. His number is 813-470-4330. We also used Alvaro from Manhattan Mortgage as our lender. Even though we did not have the greatest credit score in the world he got us a pretty decent rate. His contact number is 813-470-4620. He is also located in Tampa.

Yes Tampa does have A LOT of companies to chose from. Unfortunately, as the landscape of this market has changed, you’ll find many of the smaller brokerages being bought out &/or closing it’s doors! I believe you’ll find the larger names have the experience, knowledge & resources to make a sellers/buyers experience as hassle free as possible! I LOVE RE/MAX & all that they bring to the table as the #1 real estate company in the industry! I have been with them for 2.5yrs now, having moved from C21 & found it to be one of the smartest business decisions I have made to date!

The Tampa Bay area has literally hundreds of real estate companies that can help you however one company that took the Tampa market by storm is Keller Williams. Keller Williams came to Tampa about 5 or 6 years ago and they are now by far the largest company in the area. I am an Broker/VP with Keller Williams and I used to work with Coldwell Banker. a couple reasons I think KW has been so successful: The company is part owned by it’s agents, the company is run by the ALC (Agent Leadership Council) - no dictator here, training is amazing, and our culture that encourages agents to work together as a team becuase together we acheive more.
